Get in Touch
We love hearing from fellow bakers, curious readers, and anyone who has stared at a sunken cupcake and wondered what went wrong.
Whether you have a question about a recipe, a photo of your own baking success (or disaster) to share, or a suggestion for what we should test next, we read every message.
How to Reach Us
Email:contact@cupcakeku.com
Response Time: We aim to respond within 24–48 hours on business days. During busy testing weeks (usually when we are trying to perfect a finicky buttercream recipe) it may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience.

Recipe Troubleshooting
If you are writing about a recipe that did not work, the more details you can share, the better we can help:
- Which recipe did you try?
- What oven are you using? (gas, electric, convection)
- Did you measure by weight or volume?
- What exactly went wrong? (sunken, dry, dense, did not rise, etc.)
- Any substitutions you made?
We have been there. A bad batch is not a failure, it is data. Send us the details and we will figure it out together.
Partnerships & Advertising
For Brands & Companies
We are open to working with brands that align with our values: honest reviews, real testing, and products that actually help home bakers.
What we do:
- Honest product reviews after hands-on testing in our kitchen
- Sponsored recipe development with full disclosure
- Affiliate partnerships for equipment and ingredients we genuinely use
What we do not do:
- Publish reviews for products we have not tested
- Guarantee positive reviews in exchange for free products
- Accept partnerships that compromise our editorial independence
If you are interested in working with Cupcake Craft Studio, please email contact@cupcakeku.com with the subject line “Partnership Inquiry” and include:
- Your company name and website
- The product or service you would like us to consider
- Any specific timeline or campaign details
We review all inquiries and respond to those that fit our content and audience.
Social Media
We are not everywhere, but we are active where bakers actually hang out:
- Instagram: [@cupcakecraftstudio] — Process shots, kitchen messes, and finished cupcakes
- Pinterest: [Cupcake Craft Studio] — Recipe cards and step-by-step guides
We do not currently have a dedicated Facebook page or Twitter account. Our focus is on creating and testing recipes, not managing multiple social feeds.
Important Notes
- We do not provide custom recipe development for private events, weddings, or commercial bakeries. Our recipes are developed for home bakers and published for public use.
- We do not offer phone support. All communication is handled via email to ensure we can review recipe details, photos, and technical issues thoroughly.
- Response times may vary during holidays, recipe testing marathons, or when we are dealing with a particularly stubborn batch of macarons.
Thank You
Your feedback, questions, and stories are what make this site better than a collection of untested recipes. Every email teaches us something about baking, about what home bakers actually need, and about how to explain things more clearly.
Thank you for taking the time to reach out. Now go preheat that oven.
